Internet

Internet

Your connection is about more than your download speed. CloudWyze offers managed bandwith, dedicated upload, and service that can adjust up or down with your needs.

Phone

From one-on-one calls to 1000-user call centers, our focus on providing the latest VoIP technology over the fastest connection ensures your team is set up for success.

Cloud

Data stored with us in the cloud is safe, secure, scalable and easy for your employees to access remotely—unlike data sitting on that old server in your back office.

Security

Our CloudWyze network security team has all eyes on your data at all times. Web, email and server filtering, and remote server protection evade attacks before they get to your end user.

IT Management

Whether in-office or remote, consider our IT management support personnel team as part of your core team. We’re your help desk, your hardware specialists, and your software therapists.

Managed bandwidth:
your own express lane to the Internet

Whether your team is onsite or using VPN to connect to your network remotely, secure, fast and free-flowing internet is the expectation. When you get your internet from CloudWyze, you’re not getting just a “tier” of service—you’re getting a guarantee. By providing you your own bandwidth, we give you your own, dedicated “express lane” to the Internet, which comes with fast download AND upload time (the latter sometimes overlooked but almost as essential to business as download speed). We are proud to stand behind this commitment. We believe anything less is unacceptable. We offer you and your team the service our own team relies on, and back it with the industry’s best Service Level Agreements (SLA)– meaning your internet is both fast enough for your needs and super-reliable, with an industry leading up-time. Guaranteed.

Scale up or down in real time

Now more than any time in our history we all know how quickly business needs can change, in any direction. Your business may simply need reliable internet for 4 or 5 employees, VoIP phones, and basic email where a 3×3 mbps (upload and download) connection is just perfect. Add a few remote employees, shift meetings from in-person to remote video conference or scale your workforce up and down depending on shifting business needs in certain times: even one of those five shifting to working from home, and we need to start widening that pipe! We pride ourselves on being responsive. By setting up your service in the cloud, there’s not a lot of meetings and site visits and technician appointments. We’re a company that makes it easy to grow – or shrink, as necessary, and we love to show you how quickly we can adapt your internet (and all our services) to a just-right fit for where you’re at right now. With CloudWyze, it’s like turning up (or down) the volume.

"I appreciate knowing you are there for my small business and my nonprofit whenever I have an issue."

- Ruth S. - R R Smith Strategic Solutions, LLC

"From the very beginning of our talks, the team members of CloudWyze have been extremely helpful and understanding. The better news is while you expect that when considering a change of vendors, afterwards can be a different story. I am pleased to say the service side of CloudWyze is as accommodating and through as the sales side. No regrets here."

- David F. – Rocky Mount Chamber of Commerce

"With the proper planning, any project can be successful. The CloudWyze team ensures the success of the project."

- Brian C. - Honeycutt Group

"CloudWyze customer service is fantastic! When it is necessary for representatives to come into the office, they are always kind, efficient, and considerate of our space. On a couple of occasions, I have had to seek help from customer support for issues and the rep always remains patient while we get the issue resolved."

- Lindsay W. – Pathfinder Wealth Consulting

"Cloudwyze is always interested in solutions, not the blame game."

- Tommy Taylor, CEO, United Way of the Cape Fear Area

There’s something to say about high quality

Using VoIP phones? Ever get that garble? That’s called jitter. Bad experience with hosted desktops, virtual machines and frozen Zoom video? More than likely, the cause was what we call “latency” from your internet provider. At CloudWyze, we are hyper-focused on the experience and commitment to providing only the best, and we are monitoring and optimizing our signals in real time to ensure you’re encountering a minimum of disruption. Whether you’ve had a bad experience or you are making a decision to change services or providers, give us a call. While the big providers are marketing fast speeds, we’re focused on clean signals that allow the signal to speed on through, providing clarity and solid connection.

You know how they say, “you get what you pay for?”

Despite the essentiality of the internet to do business in today’s society, most organizations are unaware of the advantages of having a dedicated connection over a general “top tier” connection–the latter of which can put your team at a major disadvantage when it comes to serving the customer, connecting with vendors, and doing both ahead of your competition. With dedicated internet, you always get the speed you need, guaranteed by a service level agreement that also means CloudWyze pays you if the service doesn’t perform as agreed. Plus, we design our connectivity solutions with a holistic approach, considering bandwidth usage, voice quality, device connectivity needs, guest access and more so we’re not just giving you a bunch of up and download speed, we’re giving you the perfect amount.

It’s time to get dedicated upload

Okay. So “upload” doesn’t just mean how long it takes to add a big file to the company cloud server to send to your team or client. When you’re connected to the cloud, your data is syncing, often in real time, “up” from your team’s devices in and out of the office to the cloud as much as they’re connecting to and pulling “down” info from the cloud. So as businesses move to cloud applications and offsite data centers, the upload has become the hero, often trumping in importance the download speed. Standard providers continue to charge an arm and a leg for a committed upload that’s sometimes 90% lower than the download speeds you’re getting. Not CloudWyze. We are ahead of the curve, and so are you as our client, whether you’re a small business or a large enterprise.

Okay, so how much speed do you really need?

Here is some data from the FCC on broadband usage to help you gauge a baseline of the minimum download speeds you should target for your organization’s needs. Keep in mind that each employee may be using multiple devices and those “remoting in” from their home networks and personal devices count too.
